http://www.cacv.org/ was a delight...9 six year old girls and paint...what could be better than that. We sketched in First Landing State Park despite the 100 degree temps (though we didn't stay out as long as we would have liked) opting for the cool museum on the Chesapeake Bay side of the parkland. We made paintings while indoors and outdoors in the CACV courtyard... any leftover paint being applied to a mural for the Prisms Exhibition that takes place at the end of the summer. Here's a detail.
